COLOMBICI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: February 1, 2026

These Terms govern your booking and participation in Colombici cycling journeys. By booking, you enter a legally binding agreement with Colombici SAS.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30 percent of the total tour price is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the tour start date. Bookings made within 90 days require full payment at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and include only items listed in your confirmed itinerary.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 91 days or more before departure result in loss of the deposit. Cancellations made 61 to 90 days before departure result in forfeiture of 50 percent of the total tour price. Cancellations made 60 days or fewer before departure result in forfeiture of 100 percent of the tour price. Deposits secure logistics, accommodations, and staff and are therefore non-refundable.

  • Colombici may cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including insufficient participation, safety concerns, or force majeure events. Participants will receive a full refund or an alternative option of comparable value. Colombici is not responsible for incidental expenses such as flights.

  • Routes, accommodations, and services may change due to weather, safety, or operational requirements. Comparable alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include medical coverage, emergency evacuation, and trip interruption. Proof of insurance is required before departure.

  • Colombici is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Participants agree to maintain appropriate physical fitness, follow Colombian laws and local customs, follow guide instructions, respect local communities and environments, and assume responsibility for personal equipment.

  • Colombici operates in accordance with principles aligned with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks, emphasizing quality management, environmental responsibility, and worker safety.

  • These Terms are governed by Colombian law. Jurisdiction is Bogotá DC, Colombia.
