Finding Myself at the Edge of the World.
Racing gravel at the edge of the world isn’t just epic; it’s transformative. My first race in Tierra del Fuego, Chile, was an unrelenting battle against brutal headwinds, freezing temperatures, and punishing climbs. The harsh environment stripped everything down to its raw core, but Patagonia’s untamed beauty, with its glaciers, fjords, and windswept peaks, and the kindness of its people made it unforgettable. What I discovered wasn’t just resilience but gratitude, vulnerability, and a recalibration of what it truly means to ride.
