Payment data is processed through secure third-party providers, and Colombici does not store full credit card details. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information may be collected to improve website performance.

We use personal data to confirm and manage bookings, design and deliver journeys, communicate before, during, and after tours, support participant health and safety, improve services and operations, comply with legal obligations, and send optional communications when consent has been given. We do not sell or trade personal data.

Information may be shared only when necessary with operational partners such as hotels, guides, transport providers, and payment processors, with legal or regulatory authorities when required, with emergency services if participant safety is involved, or in the context of a corporate restructuring or transfer. Colombici operates from Colombia. Personal data may be processed or stored in Colombia or other countries involved in delivering services. By using our services, you consent to these transfers.
