Travel and tour data, including passport details, emergency contacts, insurance information, accommodation preferences, and tour selections. Health and safety data, such as medical conditions, allergies, and dietary requirements relevant to participation. Payment data is processed through secure third-party providers, and Colombici does not store full credit card details. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information may be collected to improve website performance.

  • We use personal data to confirm and manage bookings, design and deliver journeys, communicate before, during, and after tours, support participant health and safety, improve services and operations, comply with legal obligations, and send optional communications when consent has been given. We do not sell or trade personal data.
