First Ride — The Road to Cocora
~65 km | ~1,900 m↑ (40 mi | 6,230 ft↑)
The day greets us with a punchy climb to Filandia.
Rolling roads from Filandia through the central coffee region. Short climbs, steady pace. You pass working coffee farms, drying patios, and quiet streets of small towns.
The route follows the main spine of Quindío but stays calm enough to notice the landscape and local life. It’s long enough to challenge legs without feeling forced, and the rhythm makes it easy to stay present.
Second Ride — The Coffee Highway
~97 km | ~1,750 m↑ (60 mi | 5,740 ft↑)
The In-Between towns are often the most surprising.
Third Ride — The In-Between Roads
~82 km | ~1,600 m↑ (50 mi | 3,540 ft↑)
Connects Montenegro, Quimbaya, Cartago, and smaller villages in between. Roads are mostly quiet, with gentle climbs and rolling terrain. You’ll experience daily life in small communities and countryside roads that aren’t on mass-tourism maps.
Good day to notice the flow of the region, the small towns, and the people you pass along the way.
